Science

Science is a systematic process of knowledge production aimed at understanding the universe, nature, humanity and society. The scientific method, based on observation, experimentation, reasoning, and objective data, is one of the most reliable sources of knowledge in human history. Scientific knowledge not only explains natural phenomena but also improves the quality of life of individuals, transforms societies and makes it possible to predict the future. Scientific activities are not limited solely to laboratory experiments; they exist across a vast spectrum ranging from social relations to art, and from health to engineering. Science is a structure that constantly evolves with the contribution of different disciplines, renews itself, and is based on critical thinking. In this context, the main purpose of scientific congresses is to encourage knowledge production, bring different disciplines together to provide new perspectives and strengthen collaboration among researchers.

Health

Health is the most fundamental element of human life, and health sciences are at the center of knowledge production in this field. Fields such as medicine, nursing, physiotherapy, nutrition, psychology, and pharmacy produce scientific knowledge to protect human health, treat diseases, and improve the quality of life. Research conducted in these areas is crucial for understanding the causes of diseases, developing treatment methods, and improving public health. Health sciences offer a holistic perspective by considering not only biological but also psychosocial and environmental factors. This sub-theme provides a broad platform for discussion, encompassing the historical process of scientific developments in the health sector, ethical issues, and technological innovations.

Art

Art, while being a field where emotions, thoughts, and imagination find expression in aesthetic forms, has increasingly interacted with scientific research in recent years. Art is not merely a form of individual expression; it has also become the subject of scientific observation aimed at understanding social, psychological, and cultural processes. From color theory to the mathematics of composition, and from the impact of sound waves in music to the laws of physics in architecture, scientific principles play a determining role in every field of art. Furthermore, new approaches such as art therapy, neuroesthetics, digital art applications, and AI-supported art production are making the boundaries between art and science increasingly blurred. The historical development of art, its effects on the human brain, its transformation through technological tools, and its place in education are among the main topics to be scientifically addressed under this heading. Thus, art is evaluated not only as a field of aesthetic production but also as an interdisciplinary field of knowledge intertwined with scientific curiosity.

Other Sciences

Scientific knowledge aims not only to understand physical realities but also to analyze the structures of individuals and societies. While natural sciences such as physics, chemistry, and biology produce explanations regarding the workings of the universe; social sciences such as sociology, psychology, history, and economics provide data related to humanity and society. This sub-theme addresses the methods, objectives, and interactions of different scientific disciplines. The philosophical foundations of science, the nature of the scientific method, and technical processes such as measurement and analysis in knowledge production will also be evaluated within this scope. In addition, contemporary interdisciplinary issues such as environmental sciences, artificial intelligence, and climate change will be discussed on a scientific basis under this heading.
